Hello, during the Christmas season I became particularly aware of how many consumer goods are on offer and how many are thrown away after Christmas. Then there are the collection campaigns for Christmas cuddly toys (or similar), which are quite cute (in my daughter's opinion), but are produced in China and are actually superfluous. How about sprinkling in products from time to time that have a specific good purpose to protect our planet (climate protection, environmental protection, etc.). I recently ordered bracelets from 4ocean (which fish garbage from the sea and recycle the plastic into bracelets), but the customs costs were very high. There are of course also domestic organizations that offer similar products linked to a good cause (e.g. OceanCare). If Migros were to use such products for specific campaigns (such as the collection campaigns), this would be a win-win situation in my opinion: the charitable organizations could sell their products, Migros could raise its profile in terms of social responsibility, consumers would be sensitized and could buy products that are sometimes difficult to obtain (as in the case of 4Ocean) and have a concrete moral/ethical added value.
