Swiss lettuce only needs to be labeled with the date, foreign lettuce does not need a packaging date.
Hello @jajajaja, thank you for your message. With a few exceptions, we do not print a "packed on" date on unprocessed products imported from abroad. In order to ensure proper traceability back to the producer's parcel, we print the traceability code on the label. This code also includes the packing date. As a general rule, the freshness of the products is checked by the store staff at all times, regardless of the type of dating. Best regards, Richi
