At another wholesaler in Switzerland, the following appears on the screen: "Print receipt?" Kilometer wise paper that also costs nothing.

It's been a topic for years.↵Other stores have been implementing it for years.↵For years "it's not so easy" at Migros.↵But they've been working on it for years.↵Yes, they do want to implement it, just be patient😉

Hi Marc Can Migros perhaps say why this is not so easy? Are there specific reasons why this can't simply be selected at the touch of a button with "Yes/No"?

Exactly, I always put both slips of paper in the bin! At Coop, as mentioned, the question is asked at the terminal and in the case of collection campaigns, there is a separate small slip of paper with the number of tokens you receive and you can then show this.

Stop using "receipt" at last! A receipt is a voucher. This refers to the till coupon, the receipt, the proof of purchase. At the same time, the actual vouchers are called "coupons", which is simply a commercial mistake. What kind of a blockhead brought this into circulation?

For me it's a "Kassazettel or Kassabon" and nothing else, but it looks like you don't have any other problems. Ach und 😉

Hello Marc, a year has now passed here too, how far have you got with this, Denner, Lidl too and Coop see link. "The retail group Coop will no longer automatically print receipts in its stores in future.
