There are now what feels like 100 different cold latte drinks in a cup. At Migros they are called Grande Cafè. There are also what feels like 1000 different coffee capsules for the coffee machine. But why has no one ever come up with the idea of combining them? I want a coffee capsule with which I can fill a small part of the coffee cup and fill the rest with cold milk from the fridge. Stir and the latte is ready - completely fresh and without a plastic cup!

Just to make sure I've understood you correctly: You want a coffee (shot) that would already be liquid in the capsule and could then be mixed with milk, right?

Not quite, although your idea is also quite interesting. Here is briefly "the way" to this idea: I like the cold latte drinks à la Grande Cafè (but the more expensive ones from the competition). My wife always complained about the price and the packaging waste (plastic cups). She wasn't entirely wrong...
So I started using the Dolce Gusto Mocha coffee capsules (you call them Twin). I simply put a small amount in the cup with the coffee maker and filled the rest with cold milk. Here, however, I had to throw away the accompanying but unused milk capsule, which is not very satisfying either.
So I switched to using Nescafé Cappuccino Double Choc for my latte. This has the advantage that it is a powder and therefore doesn't require a coffee machine.
Long story short: whether it's a coffee (shot), coffee capsule (twin) or coffee powder: the main thing is that I have something that I can store easily and for a long time so that I can make myself a coffee drink with fresh, cold milk at any time.
My favorite is the powder because it requires no coffee machine and the least packaging.

Noblesse Cappuccino Chocolate
Noblesse Cappuccino Vanilla
M-Budget Cappuccino (can)
However, I can imagine that you would like a powder that has chocolate in it, but no milk powder, as you would like to add the milk fresh. Right? So a conventional instant coffee mix (without sugar, milk powder and chocolate) wouldn't be an issue either, would it?
I'll ask our coffee specialists again. Perhaps such a coffee-chocolate powder is in the pipeline. I'll get back to you as soon as I have some feedback.

I'm assuming that the latte drinks are all sweetened. However, a conventional instant coffee mix is not. This is probably the big difference, or rather the reason why I can't make a latte like Grande Cafè with "normal" coffee.
It is probably no coincidence that the two coffees I prefer contain cocoa powder (and sugar) as well as coffee. I'll give the Noblesse Cappuccino Chocolate a try. It might work.
