I think it's a shame that some people keep making suggestions that have already been made by others. That makes voting very time-consuming.

In addition, there are always people (e.g. dli) whose suggestions are all very highly rated and I don't think this is right.
I think only people who are logged in should be able to vote.

I think that's a pity, because I think these collections of ideas are very good. But this makes the whole thing a bit opaque.
