As a Famigros member, I received a 10x Cumulus voucher for my son's birthday. That's quite nice in itself, but: it takes patience before you actually have it in your hand to use it! I have to register on the Famigros site (who remembers their password?) and then print it out myself! How many people give up before that and leave it alone? If it's a gift, then it shouldn't be too complicated! Can't you just attach the voucher to the mail?

The extra 10x Cumulus are a really good thing, but the gift is probably also intended to encourage people to log in to Famigros again. It's a bit of give and take - Migros is not the Red Cross. I've already used these vouchers several times and found the effort I put in compared to what you get to be quite reasonable.
You don't look a gift horse in the mouth:-)!

Lidokork, what's so complicated about it? you could register for it, couldn't you? i can well imagine why it's not simply sent by post or email ...
And as Familienbande put it so well, I would rather be happy about gifts and say thank you than complain. because I haven't received any gifts from my hairdresser or my dentist or my streetcar driver or ... I haven't received any presents yet.
I didn't get one this birthday... too bad, too bad...and it really wasn't complicated! print it out and collect it or leave it...
.. Complicated? It couldn't be simpler, but I think you can also take your computer to Migros and show it that way if printing it out is too much work for you...
I think it's a huge shame when there's so much grumbling.

I've been there since the beginning and the children are also registered. But a birthday voucher? I've never received one before!!! so i would be very happy and i also think that you should be grateful for everything you get.
