To Migros: do you actually look at and note the changed/adjusted ratings? Or only the first/new rating?

Yes, there are products that are initially good or very good. And over time they are adjusted and become worse. Either you should be able to re-evaluate again and again, or changes to the ratings should be treated in the same way as new ones.

Changed reviews make up a small proportion of all reviews and if there is a change to the recipe that doesn't resonate with our customers, we will keep an eye on this. But that's exactly what would be important. Migros is constantly changing so much. New packaging and the contents are just getting worse. Or with bread. Sometimes the bread is completely white, then baked to perfection, etc. Constant reviews reflect so much more about the product.
