Hello @M-Infoline Is it possible that you are no longer receiving requests submitted via the contact forms? I currently have two such requests that have gone unanswered; apart from the email confirmation, nothing has happened. The first request is dated June 1, 2022 and was sent to Cumulus-Infoline via the Migusto contact form. I don't have a reference number. It concerned the question of why the Migusto magazine is suddenly being sent to me again separately in a plastic sleeve and no longer in the Migros magazine. I submitted the second inquiry on 11 July 2022 via the M-Infoline contact form; it bears the reference [#20220711-1220]. Admittedly, it is only four days old, but it is also much more important than the other one. But my experience so far has been that you get a quick response, so I'm a bit worried. Okay, it's been a while since my last inquiries via the contact form, so something might have changed in the meantime.
