Marinated meat is practical, but every time it's a terrible taste experience
- EVERYTHING, really everything tastes the same, whether pork, beef or chicken)
- It tastes salty down to the last fiber after spice mixture flavor enhancer
Last time we were in the mood for spareribs, American style, and what did we get? The same old, dull orange flavor monotony of large-scale distributor grilled meat, with the unmistakably dull, same old large-scale distributor grilled meat flavor.

Why not make a change!
Grill chicken with lemon and rosemary
Marinade with balsamic vinegar and honey
and please, "natural", i.e. without grilled meat flavor enhancers down to the bone...!
There are a thousand variations, for new and more barbecue, taste and buying pleasure...
