I write to Migros for the umpteenth time to say that it must have been 6 months ago when I ordered the Famigros card. They wrote to me several times that I had made a mistake.
After I wrote here on Migipedia, I received an e-mail from Migros saying that they were looking into the problem,
Now another long time has passed and I have neither received the card nor an answer from Migros.
Maybe it will work after all...otherwise I will give up for good and ask them to delete my data at Famigros.
(As I wrote to you, I also ordered the card for a colleague who received the card about 2 weeks later, so I can't explain what the problem is)
