Hello Migros team One of our 3 cats only eats the product Exelcat 'tender morsels in jelly with lamb and beef'. Now the entire Exelcat range has been withdrawn!!! Did it go so badly? I can't imagine. Thanks for the feedback. I, or rather my Lili, can hardly wait until lamb in jelly is back on the Migros shelves. I can't find a suitable alternative for her... What I just don't understand... is why Migros doesn't inform its loyal customers when items are suddenly removed from the range. Thanks to Cumulus, Migros knows exactly who buys which favorite items. It would be nice if the Cumulus data could also be used for such information and not just when profits can be made again. Yes, there really is room for improvement. Who knows, maybe the loyal Exelcat buyers will be surprised by being informed about the time of the 'return' on an ongoing basis.

Mars seems to have lost the battle with Migros: The new line is from Edgard and Cooper, see page "new products". Separation in the event of persistent disagreement seems logical and efficient to me. The pussy will certainly get used to the new food composition. My cat only ate food with fish .... but that was from all manufacturers.

I keep looking until I find something that our cat likes (Felix - as good as it looks seems to be acceptable). But when he gets used to it, we won't come back. Advertising with Exelcat and then arguing with the producer.... not exactly professional

Sorry, but many big players are currently boycotting Mars (where excelcat is produced). As Migros and Edeka are part of a purchasing company, the company is negotiating prices. There was information that Mars wanted to increase its prices by 30% in some cases.
