To my great delight, I received my first test basket with rather cosmetic-based products.

I need to evaluate them, but apart from a comment, I can't evaluate in any other way? For example, by giving notes (quality, price, packaging, etc.)?

Would I receive other test baskets? On the same domain? If so, how often?
