I bought a Merlin II bunk bed from Micasa on April 1, including delivery and assembly. The bed was delivered on April 17, but could not be assembled due to an incomplete set of fittings. I was told that it would take 14 days for a new set of fittings to arrive and then another 14 days for the fitters to arrive. On May 15, two other fitters arrived. However, they did not bring a complete set of fittings, only two screws that did not fit the bed. They left without having accomplished anything. One month after delivery, the bed has still not been assembled. According to the fitters, it would probably be another 14 days before they could assemble the bed. There is no need to comment on Micasa's business practices.
