I find it very disconcerting that the Migros subsidiary Globus is dismissing its staff, regardless of how long they have been here or whether they have a baby break or not.
May I draw your attention to the fact that Migros has always treated its staff very socially, and I very much hope that this will continue. You don't have to answer to shareholders who want money, but to us cooperative members.
The Globus subsidiary belongs to Migros, even if it is sold, now it still belongs to us Cooperatives. As it says so beautifully in your advertising, "Migros belongs to the people".
I expect Migros to take its subsidiary Globus to task. I also expect Migros to take them on under the same conditions.
I don't care if Migros doesn't make much money, but the social idea has to be right.
What else is a 53 year old supposed to do, nobody wants her anymore, it cannot and must not be that you have nothing for 12 years, have to give away all your savings and just have to vegetate with a small pension until the end of your life.
I am counting on you to give them a chance and to keep an eye on their daughter, Globus still belongs to Migros!
