Even today, my mouth still waters when I think of the delicious triangular sandwich I used to get at Migros Buchs on Saturday lunchtime after shopping as a child. It was three layers of toast filled with ham, cheese, mustard, gherkin and celery salad held together by a yellow/red cardboard box and wrapped in cellophane. Legendary. Anna and Betty could learn something from this. It's a shame this delicacy hasn't been around for a long time.
