Cumulus points should not be overestimated. As is well known, they only serve Migros (as well as other major distributors) to record and analyze the purchasing behavior of its customers. However, since Migros Ostschweiz abolished the double Cumulus points on Thursday, I no longer pay much attention to whether I buy "interchangeable" products - and there are a lot of them - at Migros or elsewhere. I have particular problems with Migros Ostschweiz's communication. As far as I know, the customer was never informed of the change in any way in advance. Suddenly the double points simply no longer existed. So in the sense: the customer is king or Migros - one M better...
