Hello everyone I bought an appliance in August which suddenly gave up the ghost. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find it so far and remembered that I once heard that you can look up all receipts with the Cummulus card. I found the receipt, but there is no warranty certificate attached, which is quite surprising, especially in today's digital age. It wouldn't be too much trouble to attach it, especially as some employees advise you to make a copy when extending the warranty to 5 years as the receipts fade. I would now like to ask whether there is another place where you can find the warranty certificates, whether you can ask for them somewhere or whether the receipt is sufficient. Kind regards
