Two ways to kill organic: excessive price, mediocre quality
Deux façons de tuer le Bio: un prix excessif, une qualité médiocre

Tomatoes, spinach... 2 x or 3 x more expensive (all from Switzerland); vegetables and fruit sometimes (very) tired...
Do you have to be so over-motivated as to bury your head in the sand to buy organic?
With such "slippage", who do we charge for unsold produce?
Is this yet another reason to marginalize organic even further?
I think an explanation, even a justification, would be welcome when there are big price differences between two products of the same origin and whose quality seems identical, except for the organic label. In the name of transparency, consumer respect and company ethics.
