The helpfulness of the information should be better for this problem. As you know, you need this activation code, which is only available every 2 months, or you have to call 0848 85 0848 to get one. Since many older users in particular are somewhat helpless and third parties cannot do this from their own cell phone, I would like to see either.... a) a process with an automatically sent code via SMS to the Cumulus user's cell phone, as the health insurance companies do with sensitive data.... or b) a better willingness to help at the local Migros: e.g. that the information desk calls the 0848 number and checks the Cumulus card with the official ID (identity card, passport) on site and thus ensures that this is the holder of the Cumulus card. The latter is apparently not possible - then you just wait until the beginning of March or do without it altogether!
