I have been buying the delicious Centerbrot at the Limmatplatz branch every weekend for years. This bread is a reason for me to go shopping at Migros - and I'm always happy when it's not out of stock. Unfortunately, it was recently removed from the range on the implausible grounds that it had sold poorly. Instead, there are now more expensive, less refined and, above all, less long-lasting breads without any loss of quality. In my view, the main aim here is to increase profits. Customer satisfaction is being put on the back burner. I am very annoyed and am looking around for alternatives for my weekly shop.
