I bought an Adler sofa from Micasa for 3000 CHF. The leather is falling apart. An independent expert has reported that there was a problem with the way the leather was treated during the manufacture of the sofa. When the problem was reported to Migros Service, the sofa was under warranty. Migros Servise does not respond to my requests and has still not commented on the matter more than a year after I reported the problem. No response to my emails or phone calls. I would like to know if other customers have encountered the same problem, with a view to taking collective action against Migros Service, which is not assuming its responsibilities. I'm also thinking of putting together a dossier for the "A Bon Entendeur" program on RTS, which is fond of this kind of discussion.
