Biscuits "Tradition" ?!?

Hello,
Once again I've fallen for the "Tradition" lemon cookies. I love these cookies... But I was disappointed when I looked at the list of ingredients (hadn't I done so before?): the first fat used was still palm oil! Darn!!! So I'll be buying a lot less, or maybe none at all...
How many products have I already put back on the shelf because they were made with palm oil?... Whether it's sustainable or even organic, it's not acceptable, either for our health or for the eco-system. In a country where we sometimes have surplus butter... Yes, I know, palm oil has qualities that give a certain texture to the food we make. But many manufacturers have looked for ways to avoid using palm oil, and have found them. So, even if you have to pay a little more, it's possible. And it can even be a selling point!
As for the "Tradition" cookies, their very name is a kind of hypocrisy or lie; in fact, palm oil was not used "traditionally", but rather butter and lard!
