As an exclusive organic buyer, I would very much welcome it if all organic vegetables and organic fruit were listed separately. I find it difficult to find "my" organic products among all the fruit and vegetables on offer.

That was the case until a few years ago - all the organic products on one side wall in the vegetable section. It was much easier and quicker to shop than this mess. I already wrote about it here back then...
Is it possible that this is handled differently depending on the cooperative/location/branch?
In "my" Migros, the organic vegetables are definitely listed separately...
In 9500 Wil it's a mess - I really didn't find the changeover successful, as JeBe writes, it's quite a hassle to shop for exclusively organic vegetables.
Hello everyone
I have forwarded your questions and comments to the fruit and vegetable managers.
In fact, I still remember the time when the entire organic range was presented together in a separate area.
In which store is this still the case @Farmerin?
Kind regards
Kathrin
In 9500 Wil, organic is unfortunately not arranged separately, but by variety (all tomatoes incl. organic together, all salads etc.) You have to go through the whole department to find everything you need.
At Sandy_Ha it is apparently separate.
Dear Kathrin
I'm based in Basel - I don't know exactly whether it's like this in all or several stores, but at least in the MMM at Claraplatz the organic vegetables are "together" :-)
Best regards
Sandra
Hello@Kathrin_Migros
This has already been discussed.
Organic pears belong to pears and organic lemons to lemons, etc.

I also think that pears should be with pears and lemons with lemons.
It's not comparable to the meat department, where fish, meat and poultry are somewhat separated.
Nevertheless, I would like to pin my wish list here:
We all know those price boards where, in addition to the price, the country of origin is also indicated.
That would be an ideal place for a BIG organic logo
I also pay a lot of attention to the origin and differentiate: region - Switzerland - Europe - rest of the world
It would be nice if there was also a clearly visible logo of origin next to it: for-the-region logo, Swiss coat of arms, European flag (= Council of Europe flag: not just for EU, but Council of Europe members, i.e. including Turkey) and leave "rest of the world" blank....
Hello everyone
Thank you @Frederica for your link, some topics obviously remain topical.
Many thanks also @marcoti, I will be happy to pass on your input.
Have a nice day everyone
Kathrin
Hello @JeBe
I would like to add the reply to you from our specialist manager:
"We are sorry that you are disappointed with the presentation of our organic vegetables.
We are constantly studying the decision trees and purchasing behavior of our customers. Tests have shown that the majority of customers need to have an overview of the entire range of the product they are looking for in one place. For example, if a customer wants to buy tomatoes, they first decide whether they want to buy "organic", "from the region" or "M-Budget" goods, etc. before looking at the entire range of tomatoes. Not all customers are pure organic customers like you, many decide spontaneously to buy organic.
We are aware that, as in your case, there are customers who do not welcome this changeover. However, we will be happy to pass on your concerns to the store so that the issue can be dealt with locally when it comes to accessibility and the better placement of vegetables on the back and higher shelves.
We hope that we have been able to provide sufficient information with this reply and regret that we cannot give you a better answer regarding the presentation of organic fruit and vegetable products."
Kind regards
Kathrin
