I don't really understand why the manufacturer adds vinegar to this product. It's a sterilized product. It keeps very well without vinegar. If the user wants to add vinegar, that's always possible.

I prefer to buy beet in a jar instead of those nasty plastic bags you sell in another department.

This product is perfectly suited to preservation in jars.
