Hello migros-chind83, thank you very much for your contribution. Do you mean the dosing balls for detergent? You can usually find them on the detergent shelf in your store. If they don't have any, you can get some free of charge from customer service. Best regards, Chloe

I didn't know that before and have always been helped sporadically since my old one broke. I think it's a great service from you and I'll see if I can get a ball on my next visit.

The dosing balls are available on the powder detergent shelf, usually somewhere in the rack. If there are no more balls (there are small and large ones), then either ask an employee (they will get some back from the warehouse) or contact customer service. Works perfectly.
