All the new products are always praised and advertised. But when products are taken out of the range, customers are left in the dark. Why can't there also be a section in the Migros newspaper and online where we are informed? Migros can take a stand when something is no longer available. Open communication is also part of good customer service.

in the city of Zurich, unfortunately, all whey drinks have been taken out of the range...I think it's an extreme shame :( I haven't read anything about it either, but the employees have confirmed this to me.... well...then you just go and buy it somewhere else dear Migros!!!

I'm sorry that you haven't heard from us for so long. Due to the summer vacations, your request has unfortunately been delayed a little longer.
However, the whey manager has now informed me that there are various whey drinks to choose from in all the larger Migros branches and the Alnatura branch in Höngg. Unfortunately, our own products had to be removed from the range due to insufficient demand.
@acko: Has the problem with the expired whey drinks been resolved by now? It really shouldn't be, otherwise I'll look into it again.
