Migros always aims to reach all customers with its services. But we also have to respect certain provisions. This is why we are very sorry that you are using a version of the operating system on your device that is no longer supported by the Migros app. The device manufacturer is solely responsible. It is the manufacturer who determines the compatibility of devices with new versions of the operating system.
For security reasons, we are obliged to restrict the Migros application to the most recent versions of the operating system. In doing so, we adhere to the device manufacturer's instructions.
Our advice: as usual, use the latest version of the Migros application that is still operational and avoid deleting the application, as older versions are not available in the stores. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to use the full functionality of the Migros app.
thank you for understanding our customers' needs. That's why aldi and lidl remain compatible as versions change, whereas yours has been dead since July and I'm going to end up deleting it because it only works very partially. so what's the point if you're going to make people who can't get new android versions for their tablet or phone. basically, you don't offer support for your incompatible media, so you're not in the service business.
