Dear Migros
I found out today that the Alnatura hazelnut nougat spread (for us the long sought-after alternative to Nutella, without palm oil) is no longer available! Only temporarily or completely gone?

Why don't you have a look in the Alnatura stores (and not in Migros), maybe you'll find them there?

We removed the product from our range as it was no longer as popular.
As alternatives, we can recommend the following products, which also do not contain palm oil:
Organic Nocciolata, article 1512.035
Organic Nocciolata without milk, article 1512.037
M-Classic Frelitta, article 1512.054: Currently out of stock, should be available again next week.

It's a shame that you have removed the product from the range.
However, it always amazes me how you refer to the lack of or decreasing customer demand. I and everyone I know have never been asked. So it's probably only the sales figures that matter.
So much for your advertising slogan: Migros belongs to the people (customer is Migros owner).
