This week there is a farmer promotion on "only" selected varieties in a duo pack - which means that the various varieties in the promotion are shrink-wrapped in plastic film as a duo pack. I understand that the promotion obviously only applies to selected varieties and therefore the duo-pack is shrink-wrapped in plastic - but isn't there another solution ("normal" promotion on all varieties to avoid plastic)?

Hello andygirl, thank you very much for your message. I can understand your point of view very well. The specialist department has informed me that the duo packs are selected varieties, as you have correctly recognized. I have informed the people responsible so that they can check adjustments if necessary. I am happy to inform you that we also run promotions on single packs of Farmer, so that additional packaging is not necessary. Kind regards, Richi
