I have been a member of the Migros cooperative for many years. I have noticed that the filling machines in our Migros are very rarely used. We have food and non-food stations. The non-food station was recently removed, and as a member of the cooperative I am interested to know what Migros' experience is with these systems. I have only seen 2 people using the system since it was installed. I would like to see statistics and an explanation from Migros as to how often it is used and how the cost is offset against the income. I can't imagine that this will pay off positively. A concerned member of the cooperative.
