How is it possible to activate the 5x Punke in the app? I receive two 5x Punke coupons by post every two weeks. The coupons themselves say "Coupon also digital". But they never appear in the app. I see the coupons for special products and the 5/10 Cumulus vouchers. But unfortunately not the 5x points coupons...

In the meantime, have you checked again to see if the receipt is displayed in the app?
One possible explanation would be that the paper vouchers arrive a few days before they are valid. The receipt in the app, on the other hand, is only visible from the first day of its validity.
If this is not the case, we need to look into this in more detail. In this case, can you send me a photo of the voucher and your Cumulus number via private message?

That's exactly how it is @Tanja_Migros I often fall for it. With the envelope from Cumuklus, I check the coupons that I want to use in the app and often I can't find one until I realize that they are only available in the app shortly before they expire. I have since the last post the coupons on the page and it observed something like this, it always works with my APP.
