For some time now, a large animated banner has been drawing attention to the new "Most Helpful Answer" feature (highlighted in green); see also the attached image.

I find the banner intrusive. It’s particularly noticeable on mobile devices: it keeps popping up, taking up almost the entire screen and distracting me while I’m reading. Anyone who tries it out for themselves will notice this immediately. Sometimes the banner also keeps reappearing while scrolling, which really gets in the way of reading (bug?).

Would it be possible to make the banner a bit more subtle and/or add an "x" button to close it permanently? Once you’ve read the information, there’s no need for it to pop up again.
