Hello Migros
Unfortunately, the availability list has not been working for me for some time. It says it's not available anywhere, although I don't think it is... mostly outside opening hours...
Does anyone else have this problem?

Hello Dragonball, thank you for your message. Can you let me know where the availability list is not working for you? Many thanks and best regards, Remo

Hello Dragonball, thank you for your reply. In principle, the system records the data of purchased goods promptly and therefore displays the stock practically at the same time, with a slight time delay at most.
Broken or stolen products or those in the store's interim storage cannot be recorded by the system, so it assumes that the items are available in the store (on the shelf). It is therefore possible that stocks are visible online but are not actually available on the shelf.
Furthermore, in larger stores, items that are already in other customers' shopping baskets or carts can also be taken into account. As long as these have not yet been paid for, they are visible online.
The lower the available quantity of an item in the store in question, the greater the impact of all the factors mentioned above and the greater the influence on the transmission of availability data.
We recommend contacting the relevant store by telephone in advance if the quantity/number of items displayed is low. In some cases it is also possible to reserve the desired item. However, this option is at the store's discretion. Kind regards, Remo

Hello Dragonball, could you please let us know the article number of the affected product? Many thanks and best regards, Remo

Hello Remo
Dragonball is right: it affects all articles. I tried it out with the organic vermicelles (115095900000) as an example. All stores that are closed do not have the item in stock, but those that are still open do. However, if you look in the app, the closed stores also have stock.
Addendum 4 hours later: Incidentally, it looks as if the stock doesn't just drop to zero after closing time: it looks as if the number of items decreases continuously as closing time approaches.
And what does "Open today from zero" mean (see screenshot)? The Stadelhofen store doesn't open at midnight...

Hello Dragonball, the further clarifications have taken a little more time. According to the responsible office, there was indeed a technical problem. However, this has been resolved in the meantime. Kind regards, Remo
