Hello JigglyMimi, you must have completed all the levels in Christmas Valley, then unload the baubles from the truck in the village and give them to the tree. When you've finished all the levels, check to see if there are any baubles left on the playground in the village or in the truck. Sincerely, Susi

I've finished all the levels and unloaded all the balls, but apparently I'm missing one and the mission can't be completed :-( Do you know if there's a bug?

Hi JigglyMimi, many thanks for your request. If you have passed all the Christmas Valley levels, you should have all the baubles in the truck. The baubles must then be unloaded in the village and added to the Christmas tree. Perhaps you've unloaded and forgotten a bauble in the village? We're not aware of any mistakes, and all the baubles are present in the village once the levels have been passed. Yann
