Migipedia, the Migros community, does not only take place on Migipedia.ch. Products can also be rated on the webshops of Migros specialist stores such as melectronics.ch and SportXX. And almost 7000 recipes can be rated and questions asked on Migusto.ch. You can now also find a piece of Migusto on Migipedia. From today, we are recommending recipes to logged-in users and asking them to rate them on the homepage and under "Rate". Just as with product ratings, we also want to learn from the recipe ratings. Are the recipes easy to understand? Are they easy to cook straight away? You can only rate a recipe if you have actually cooked it. Some community members may wonder how we know whether someone has cooked a dish and what our recommendations are based on. The truth is: we don't know for sure who cooked the recipe. After all, we don't look over your shoulders when you cook. Our recommendations are currently based on whether you have looked at a recipe. Just because a recipe has been viewed does not mean that it has been cooked. But it is a first step. This means that other recipes will be suggested to every logged-in community member on Migipedia.ch - a further step towards personalized content. And why do we want to offer personalized content?
