Migipedia doesn't stand still - even though it feels like the end of the year is fast approaching. Every week, you write almost 2,000 product reviews on Migipedia, in the Migros app, on produkte.migros.ch and in the specialist store webshops. In November 2020, the average rating across all products was 4.15 stars. Product reviews is still the function you use the most - and that's exactly why this update is all about improving product reviews.Better overview thanks to headlineWe have redesigned the product reviews. The first thing you'll notice is the headings in the product reviews. We take the first few words of a review and use them as a heading. These first few words are then repeated in the review itself. If a review is short, only one title is created. Why these headings? We have analyzed hundreds of reviews and have seen that the most important statements are usually contained in the first few words. By using these as titles, we improve the overview - especially for products with many reviews. What else have we revised? The profile picture next to the reviews is now slightly larger. Please note: It is not forbidden to upload your own picture to your profile. Stars, author and time of the rating are now on the same line. The buttons have also been slightly redesigned. All in all, we want to bring more structure, clarity and order with these revisions. It may take a moment for you to get used to the new style - but I hope you agree with us that the ratings have become clearer. The revisions are currently only visible on Migipedia. The Migros app, produkte.migros.ch and the specialist stores will follow suit when the time comes. Thank you for your diligence in rating our products.
