I was a Migros child through and through until now, and I'm hugely disappointed by what's going on. It is an indictment of the management that hired McK and is not capable of managing and restructuring Migros itself so that it can continue to exist as a cooperative. McK is leaving behind a shambles, the entire Dutti legacy is being shattered. Migros is moving away from its customers. McK and the management should be dismissed immediately. I feel sorry for the staff because of the cowardly communication. It's a shame that they had to find out about the plan from the media at the same time as the general public. In future, I will consider other retailers. Goodbye Migros!
