I was in Migros Zermatt today. Not a single barcode could be scanned with subitoGo. I had to type in all the numbers manually. Payment didn't work either. Is there a fault?

@Frederica 1. am I still in Zermatt? And it makes no sense to report a fault without giving the location? 2. when I told the branch that I had a fault, I only got a shrug of the shoulders in response. 3. I had to pay at the checkout terminal. My SubitoGo online payment didn't work, so I had to pay at the machine.
