Hello Knusti If you are at one of the puzzles, you can activate 3 hints per puzzle via the menu (M) at the top left. You should be able to solve the puzzle with these tips. Within the store there are often different rooms to click on. These are illuminated and sometimes difficult to find. You may not be able to progress any further as you are not yet at the right puzzle. However, if you look carefully and try a little, you are sure to find all the available rooms. best regards Sofia

Me too, and these three tips don't help at all! I can't do anything with the puzzle, I can't move anything to recreate the ghost silhouette
