I often take part in the Migros Run 5km race on Wednesdays, but since I got a new cell phone, the Pixel 7, this no longer works. This means that I am registered, I am recognized/named as a person and the warm-up also runs normally. However, as soon as I start the run, the whistle sounds, but afterwards it doesn't count the distance run even though the time is running. I would like to point out that all updates have been made, the battery level is correct, access to my location is activated and power-saving mode is deactivated. I had the same problem last week and was hoping that it would work again this week. Can you please help me further? Thank you very much, Elisabeth
