Hello, I have the same problem. If I want to connect via WLAN, it now works partially. Without WLAN it works a little better.
Hi Vacchelli, unfortunately there was a server problem a week ago. However, it should work again. We advise you to uninstall and reinstall the app. This should solve the problem. It is also important to have a stable internet connection and a smartphone with enough memory. Kind regards, Susi

Hello resther68, there is currently no problem. We also have no similar customer feedback. The game requires a good internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile) and a sufficiently powerful smartphone. The RAM could also have an influence on this, i.e. please check whether you have many apps running in parallel. If so, we recommend that you close them. If the problem persists, please let us know what kind of smartphone you have. Best regards, Alex
