You can either buy penne (or products in general that are requested by customers) in the market, or win it in the levels in the valley (and then unload it from the sales cart in the village). If you have not yet discovered penne as a product, you simply have to play more levels in the valleys. Best regards, Matteo
Flour makes budget penne / 3 budget penne makes 1 red penne. But it's better to buy the red ones and the garafalo in the store.
