Dear M management In recent months, I've been annoyed time and again by the lack of Migros classics or "currently unavailable" M-Budget products. Instead, expensive brand-name products have found their way into the stores, which are just as available at other major distributors. I used to do regular bulk purchases at Migros out of conviction, but now I only go to Migros sporadically for certain products. Unfortunately, Migros is losing its identity and, as a result, more and more customers. When will the purely profit-oriented strategy be abolished?
