Hello Romawka If you are at one of the puzzles, you can activate 3 tips per puzzle via the menu (M) at the top left. You should be able to solve the puzzle with these tips. Within the store there are often different rooms to click on. These are illuminated and sometimes difficult to find. This means that you may not be able to progress any further as you are not yet at the right puzzle. But with a close look and a little trial and error, you are sure to find all the available rooms.
