The promotion for I am shower gel advertised in the Migros newspaper was not available in the Amriswil (Amriwil) branch on January 5 and in the Sulgen branch on January 6. The sales staff questioned were unable to provide any information, including whether the item was already sold out. Single packs were available. However, it was not possible to buy three of these in order to benefit from the promotion. Very poor performance.
