I have noticed that the film from the new roll (cling film no. 11) is significantly thinner than the film from the previous roll (also cling film no. 11). Why is this and has anyone had the same experience?

Hello mirabile5, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you are not satisfied with the quality of the cling film. We are currently working on improving the product so that we can achieve the "old" quality standard again. We are not yet able to tell you when the revised version will be available in our stores.
