Hello I wanted to change my user name and then it said that the user name is already taken. However, when I go to https://migipedia.migros.ch/en/782575000000/gewünschterBenutzername, I get the message "The page does not exist", i.e. the name does not seem to have been assigned yet. When I then tried to call up a few profiles from the community, this only worked if upper and lower case is taken into account. Consequently, I typed in the desired user name in all variations of upper and lower case and it still didn't find a user. Can anyone tell me what the problem is?
