Dear Migros
I treated myself to a pasta salad in a (plastic) jar at Gourmessa. Contents: Hörnli, peas, vegetables, rocket, a little too much sauce.
However, a glance at the nutritional values surprised me in a negative way:
3 grams of salt per 100gr ! With a weight of 230g, that's 6-7g of salt, which is the maximum recommended daily amount for an adult!
Dear Migros, that's simply too much salt in a single meal and it's practically only the sauce that's to blame.
Tip: Sell these salads without sauce or separately, so everyone can decide for themselves how much sauce they need.
Are Migros not actually making any efforts to reduce salt and sugar?
