Dear Migros, please break away from the Byiuno company. It is damaging your image. Take a look around the www to see what experiences people have had with this dishonest company... Unfortunately, one of my employer's employees ordered something online from Migros-Garden. As we are subject to Swiss GAAP accounting, we are only allowed to pay correctly addressed invoices. Byiuno is not able to adjust the invoice. Payment was therefore delayed. In the end, the invoice of 40.- was paid by my company to save trouble. And now we are supposed to pay this 40 plus two more reminder fees. The reminder block requested by us and confirmed by Byiuno was not taken into account. Migros has no need to work with such crooks. Personally, I will be careful never to order anything online. I'd rather pay a little more than be ripped off by Byiuno. Kind regards Beatrice
