No sugar is added to natural yoghurt, otherwise it is labeled "sweetened" or "sweetened".
The sugar listed here is simply natural milk sugar, aka lactose. You can't reduce it by anything.
An unsweetened natural yoghurt contains about 4 to 5 grams of milk sugar (lactose) per 100g. This cannot be changed, lactose is a natural component of milk. Only if it is more than 5g is the yoghurt sweetened - and as Kurumi has already written, the yoghurt is then labeled as such: "sweetened" or "sugared".
